Mr. Princeson Jose is dynamic businessman with rich experience of over 25 years in the jewellry business and is Managing Director of Prince Gem & Jewellery Pvt Ltd. which is one of the leading jewellers in Chennai. Prince Gem & Jewellery Pvt. Ltd is having branches at some of the important places like Panagal Park, Cathedral Road & Spencer Plaza. The first jewellery shop was opened in 1958 by late Mr. P.V. Jose, father of Princeson Jose in Madras with an idea of exploring the demand for jewellery from Kerala. In 1983, he opened the second jewellery shop in Chennai – Prince Jewellery. Prince Jewellery was the first one to launch a light weight jewellery collection in addition to jewellery for working women. Prince Jewellery has a variety of schemes – The Prince Gold Plus Savings Scheme and Precious Poetry – the diamond jewellery savings scheme, which offers the option of buying contemporary jewellery in easy instalment schemes. The designs from Prince Jewellery blend tradition with modernity. Jewellery with precious stones and diamonds sourced from Diamond Trading Company, internationally recognised diamond traders, add credibility and quality to Prince Jewellery. With the setting up of its export oriented unit namely Prince Exports, a partnership firm with Mr Princeson Jose and Mrs Sheeba Prince as partners entered the global market to tap the export potential for gold jewellery from India. Prince Jewellery exports gold and diamond jewellery mainly to USA, UK, UAE and Singapore. The company has aggressive expansion plans.The company proposes to construct a new showroom at Ernakulam in Kerala having seven floors, each specifically dedicated to cater needs of all types of customers. The company has plans to open a showroom at Thiruvananthapuram. It also proposes to expand in various II & III tier cities in south India.
