Capt.Shibu Isaac is a leading businessman specialised in the field of security and investigations. He is Managing Director of ’Force 1 Guarding Services P. Ltd.’. He has an experience of over 15 years in industrial security, body guarding and commercial guarding business including global security practices in vogue. He is also well-experienced in hand writing analysis. He is recipient of ‘Professional Excellence Award’ for the year 2006 in the private security guarding and commercial investigation business in India. Hailing from Thiruvalla in Pathanamthitta district, he is married to Susan Isaac and the couple has two children Shane and Sheetal. Shibu Isaac started his career in Indian Army in 1987 as 2nd Lt. and by 1992 he is elevated to the rank of Captain. Among other institutions he served before starting own business include MRF, IOCL and Group.4. Security. He started own Security Services Company ‘Force-1 Guarding Services P. Ltd.’ in1999. Apart from Tamil Nadu ‘Force.1.Guarding Services P. Ltd.’ has branches in Kerala, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Goa, Pune and Delhi. Shibu Isaac held responsible positions like Secretary – Rotary Club of Madras (2007-08) and Chairman – Central Association of Private Security Industry, Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry Chapter.
