Mr. B.P. Sheraffudin is an entrepreneur specialised in bakery, super market and restaurant. He is Managing Director of ‘JGM Co. Muscat Bakers & Markets LLC’. He is having business in India and abroad. Hailing from Cheruthuruthy (Shornur) in Thrissur District, he is born to B.P.Usman (late), Bunglaw Parambil House and Mrs. Kayunni. He was Chairman of the Vyasa College Union during 1979 when he was a B.Com student. He is married to Shabina and the couple has three children Gazala (married & settled in Chennai), Sumayya and Nizamudin. He started his career as an accountant in 1980 with Abu Md. General Trading at Muscat (Oman) and later elevated to the post of Manager. In 1986 he started own ‘Super Market’. In 1990 he started the ‘Muscat Bakery LLC’ as Partner. Later in 1996 it was converted as ‘JGN Co. Muscat Bakers & Markets LLC’. His company has about 50 branches including 8 Super Markets & production Centers. He is planning to open branches in Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Dubai and Sharjah. He proposes to start 10 more branches in Chennai. The main factory in Chennai is at Sriperumbatore (Kancheepuram). He owns the 3 Star ‘Hotel Gazala’ at Palakkad having a built-up area of 20,000 Sq. Ft. with modern amenities. He proposes to start branches of ‘Muscat Bakery’ at Thrissur, Ernakulam, Palakkad, Calicut and Guruvayur shortly. In Chennai, it has branches at Adayar, T.Nagar and Anna Nagar. He is also planning to start 10 more outlets within 2 years.
