Mr. R. Bhaskaran is an ex-serviceman who works with Ushalaya Chits & Finance Ltd. as Manager. Hailing from Ottapalam in Palakkad district, he dedicatedly served the armed forces for 29 years before opting for retirement. A socially-aware individual he is an executive committee member of Camp Road Kerala Samajam. Earlier he has served as the General Secretary as well as the Treasurer of the same organisation.
