Mr. C.K. Sreedharan is a high-ranking bureaucrat who handles the forestry & rural development portfolio. He joined the Indian Forest Service in 1975 and is the winner of Corrie Award in 1997. His achievement in service is project formulation & implementation – forestry & rural development with the aid of Japanese Bank for International Co-operation. He did his education from MCC School; Madras Christian College and Presidency College, Madras. A recipient of Ph.D From Gandhigram University, he went on to do MSc in Natural Resource Management from Edinburg University. Hailing from Vadakara, Calicut, he is married to Mrs. Nirmala and he has two children N.S. Manoj and N.S. Rajeev.
