Siva Sankaran D

Mr. D. Siva Sankaran is Managing Director of Icon Household Products (P) Ltd., established in 1997. The firm has six production units and employs around 1700 staff. He is also the owner of Hotboil Candies at Pollady and an agarbatti factory at Coimbatore. An entrepreneur par excellence he was one of the pioneers to introduce mosquito mats in to the market and in 1987 launched the product Banish. He started his career with BEL, Bangalore in the year 1971 and has the experience of working with various other companies including Dunlop, Appolo Tyres, Kothari Chemicals and Pircle (I) Pvt. Ltd. He is a native of Peruvamba, Palakkad district. He had his education from City Municipal High School and CIT, Coimbatore. His wife is Mrs Usha and he has one daughter Anitha.
