Shantaram R

Mr. R. Shantaram works as Chief Performance Officer with Ashwa Technologies. A recipient of ‘Best India Leadership Award’ in 2003, he started his career in 1990 with Tafe and later moved on to Enfield as Personal Manager. He had also worked Future Software and Sutherland Global Services before starting his own firm Srkis Management Solutions. His family hails from Vadavannur, Palakkad. He had his education from Asan Memorial School, Loyola College and XLRI, Janmshedpur. He is Vice-President of National HRD Network. He is married to Mrs. Vidya Shantaram and he has one son Roshan Menon.
