Mr. P. Raju is a businessman in land development and construction and is presently Proprietor – Sneha Enterprises engaged in real estate, land development, flat promotion and earth moving. Hailing from Bharanikavu, Kattanam near Mavelikara in Alleppy district, he is born to Mr. M.K. Prabhakaran (Businessman – Copra), Mundu Tharayil House and Mrs. Devaki Amma. He is married to Mrs.B.Shobha and the couple has one daughter Sneha. He came to Chennai in 1978 to join Ashok Leyland. He joined Pichimuttom Eng. Co. Pvt. Ltd, in 1994 as Branch Manager. Later in 1998 he started own company ‘Sneha Enterprises’. The company is now involved in an ongoing project at P H Road near Maduravoil, where the it would build 184 luxury flats with swimming pool and other modern amenities. The work of second project in Pullikkordu village in Tambaram , involving development of 34 acres of land is also under way.
