Nizar Ahamed

Mr. Nizar Ahamed, specialised in wood technology, is Partner of the family firm ‘M/s. N.K. Ahammed’ dealing with timber, tiles, plywoods, pre-laminated particle board (imported) and glass etc. He is presently running the business in partnership with his brother Mr.T.P. Haneef Ahammed. Hailing from Thalassery in Kannur district, he is married to Mrs. Sameera Nizar and the couple has two children – Sanad Ahammed and Arman Ahammed. His company is one of the leading timber merchants in the city and has achieved a turnover of around Rs 7.45 crore for the year-ended 31-03-2007, an increase of 16 % over the previous year.
