Mr. K. M. Manoharan started his own firm Excel in the year 1984 and also set up Thejan Constructions and Ranalekshmi Builders in 2000. He runs his business specialising in civil contracts and flat development. Hailing from Chunangad, Ottapalam in Palakkad he had his education from Vani Vilasan School, Chunangad, Shornur High School and N S S College, Ottapalam. He also serves as the Deputy Planning Officer in the City Traffic Wardens Organisation. He is married to Mrs. Geetha and has two children Bindya and Sandhya.
