Dr. P.M. Girish

Dr. P.M. Girish has secured his MPhil and PhD in the field of linguistics & power studies. He is an educationalist who has served various institutions like Central Institute of Indian Languages, Mysore; Sri Sankaracharya University, Kaladi and Regional Institute of Education, Mysore. At present he works as Lecturer, Department of Malayalam, University of Madras. An eminent writer, Dr. Girish has many books to his credit. He writes in Malayalam and English. Some of his works are ‘Keralathile Achara Bhasha’, ‘Adhikaravum Bhashayum’, ‘Metilda Meesha’ (novel), Naamam (novel) and ‘Zero Degree’. He did his education from CMC Boys High School, Government Arts and Science College, Kozhikode and Calicut University. Married to Smt. Ajitha the couple has one son Ashwin.
