PMr. P. Vasantha Kumar is Director of Arjun Technologies (India) Ltd. and C.P. Engineering (India) Pvt. Ltd. He is the first generation entrepreneur to have set up Arjun Chemicals from its inception as promoter Director. This joint venture company with European giant Akzo-Nobel manufactures specialty chemicals for paper industry. It is the first company to get ISO 9001 certification for paper chemicals. The company has excellent work culture where employees have a sense of belonging. More than 90% of employees at Ranipet plant have been working with the company for more than 16 years and it enjoys the top position in paper sizing chemicals arena. Hailing from Thiruvananthapuram, he received his education from Model High School, Government Intermediate College and College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram. His wife is Mrs. Uma Vasantha Kumar and he has three children.
