Hailing from Koipuram, Alapuzha his, he had his studies from Noyal Memorial High School, Kumbanadu. His wife is Mrs. Sussy Thomas and has four children – Chacko Thomas, Wilson Thomas, Rachel Thomas and Biji Thomas.
