Mr. Philip Tharakan is a marketing consultant for Bayer Crops India Ltd. He had worked with Hoechst Pharmaceuticals for nearly 10 years before launching his own business. He is a native of Mavelikara, Alappuzha. He had his education from H.S. Munnar, Ashramam H.S at Perumbavur and S.H. College, Thevara. His wife is Mrs. Susheela Philip and he has two children – Rajeev Philip and Sunitha Tharakan.
