Mr.M. Padmanabhan, specialised in chartered accountacy is director of a group of companies including Padmanabhan & Co; Butterfly Group of Co.’s; “Q’ Integra Solutions Ltd. and Hexa Advisory, a division of Padmnabhan & Co dealing with management consultancy services.His company is doing the concurrent audit of several nationalised banks and private banks like Federal Bank and South Indian Bank. He is running a corporate consultancy service also.Mr. M. Padmanabhan set up his own practice in Kannur under the name Padmanabhan & Co. in 1987 and shifted to Chennai. Hailing from Erattukulam in Palaghat district, he did his CA (Apprenticeship) with M/s Brahmayya & Co. He is married to Mrs Ambika ( writer of devotional songs) and the couple has two daughters Mrs. Lakshmi Girish (Bio-medical Engg.) married and settled in USA and Mrs. Kalyani Ranjith, MBA., married and settled in Bangalore. Mr. M. Damodaran (former chairman of SEBI) is the elder brother of Mr. M. Padmanabhan. He is also involved in the socio-cultural activities in Chennai and is the Vice Chairman of ‘Dakshina’. He is Secretary of Malayali Club. Mr. Padmanabhan is also Vice President (Chennai Province) of World Malayalee Council.
