John L.

Mr.L. John is a businessman who owns a factory namely ‘Ave-Maria Industries’ and a showroom ‘J.B.Y. John’ specialized in Foam Rubber products. He came to Chennai in 1959 in search of a suitable job and worked with the Indian Railways for three years and then joined ‘M.M.Foam’ in 1963 where he worked for 23 years and then went to work in Andhra Pradesh. He returned to Chennai in 1991 and ventured into own business. He hails from Mailam, Kottarakkara in Kollam District. He is married to Mrs. Thankamma John and the couple has four children – Varghese John, Simon John, Mrs. Mariam Thomas and Mrs. Mary Monson.
