Mr. M.Gopa Kumar is a prominent personality specialized in Internal Audit and Financial Systems and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He hails from Kavasseri village of Alathur Thaluk in Palghat District. He is married to Mrs. Lakshmi and the couple has one daughter Anupama. Gopa Kumar has vast experience in accounts and audit and he served some of the leading public sector undertakings in Kerala and Maharashtra before taking up assignments abroad. He served Tanzania Audit Corporation as Audit Officer and then as Financial System Advisor in Tanzania Electric Supply Company. He returned to India in 1987 on completion of work contract and settled in Chennai.
