Dr. V. J. Mathew (M.Phil, PhD) is a Doctorate in Physics. He is specialised in human resource development communication skills. He joined Madras Christian College in 1972 and and later worked with Layola College in 1973 as lecturer. He became the Principal of Mar Gregarious College in the year 2001 with a great track record as an educationalist. At Malaysia he has an organisation called Uptrend Network Son BHD. Married to Mrs. Jessy Joy the couple has 2 sons – Joel and Joshua
