She has specialized in ad-film making, a career that she began as a copywriter with an ad agency known as Fountain Head in the year 1992. She started own business in 1999. A recipient of Ad Club Award 2006, she has very distinguished clients. She has the distinction of having made 5 films independently in one year for advertising agencies. She is a Journalism Diploma holder from NCC, Thambaram. She is married to Mr. Akash and has a daughter Megha.
